Discovery & Business Analysis
Workshops with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and IT turning ambiguous needs into sprint-ready specs.
I'm Harsh a Salesforce Consultant focused on turning complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Over the past 3.5 years, I’ve worked across CPQ, Billing, and Agentforce, bridging the gap between business teams and the systems that power execution.
Four disciplined stages on every project concrete deliverables at every step.
Workshops with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and IT turning ambiguous needs into sprint-ready specs.
Business intent translated into data models, pricing architecture, automation strategy, and approval matrices.
CPQ configuration, Billing setup, Flow, Apex & LWC, and Agentforce orchestration clarity over cleverness.
Test strategy, UAT coordination, regression cycles, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization with Deal Desk & IT partners.
Career progression at FEXLE Services a Salesforce Platinum Partner and Xoriant company from associate developer to salesforce consultant.
Work across Salesforce CPQ delivery, supporting implementations involving product configuration, pricing logic, discounting, approvals and workflow automation. Contribute across analysis, configuration, QA, and operational execution to help commercial processes run smoothly.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT. Support QA, UAT, and regression testing, while translating business requirements into technical delivery and technical constraints back into business context.
Dashboards that enable data-driven decisions across Sales, Finance, and Operations. Configuration baselines that scale across business units. Documentation that survives handoff.
Distributed across four practice areas — labelled by how much I've shipped with each, not self-rating.
Product catalog, bundles, options, configuration logic, quote templates.
Invoice generation, payments, revenue recognition workflows.
Price actions, conditions, summary variables, discount schedules.
Multi-tier approvals, conditional routing, Deal Desk patterns.
Configurable templates, dynamic content, e-signature flows.
User management, permission architecture, org configuration.
Modular LWC suites, responsive design, reusable patterns.
Screen flows, record-triggered, sub-flows, scheduled flows.
Query optimization, Data Loader, migration patterns.
Formula-driven validation, cross-object rules, error UX.
Agent topics, instructions, knowledge grounding, deployment.
Prompt templates, grounding strategies, refinement patterns.

Health plan members struggled to interpret claims and coverage. Form-heavy support flows depressed self-service and pushed avoidable volume to contact-centre channels.
A working member facing AI surface explaining claims and coverage with verification baked in replacing form heavy support flows with a guided conversational journey. Reduced repeat contact patterns and improved self service depth across the journey.
Enterprise client running complex pricing models with fragmented approval logic. Quote-to-cash workflows were slowing deal velocity and creating friction across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Stabilised pricing logic and approval workflows that scale across business units. Cleaner quote lifecycle, fewer pricing exceptions, and a reusable baseline for downstream rollouts.
Sales, Finance, and Operations teams needed consistent visibility into pipeline, deal-desk throughput, and revenue motion — across orgs where reporting had drifted from how the business actually worked.
Dependable reporting layer that Sales, Finance, and Operations actually trust. Test discipline that catches regressions early. Documentation that survives hand-off.
An academic department needed a consolidated system to manage faculty records, with inconsistent data handling and fragmented record entry across spreadsheets and offline forms.
Database integration, data retrieval logic, and front-end styling within a 3-member team, focused on standardising how the department managed records.
An NGO running offline operations across member records, donations, events, volunteers, and finances visibility gaps slowed coordination and reduced audit confidence.
End-to-end module design and implementation across records, donation, events, volunteer flows, RBAC, and financial reporting.
Representative deliverables from real engagements design docs, test strategy, process maps, dashboards.
Stakeholder context, scope boundaries, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria — versioned and signed off.
End-state pricing model, automation strategy, approval matrices, and integration patterns — the source of truth.
Current-state and future-state process maps with decision branches, system handoffs, and ownership boundaries.
INVEST-aligned user stories with Given-When-Then acceptance criteria — sprint-ready in Jira.
Test coverage map, scenario library, defect triage cadence, and release-gate criteria — visible to all stakeholders.
Operational dashboards, incident triage playbook, stabilization checklists, and exit criteria.
Four certifications, all current verifiable on my Trailblazer profile.

Based in Jaipur, India. Open to fully remote globally, hybrid in Jaipur / NCR / Bangalore / Hyderabad, or relocation for the right role. Comfortable across IST / EU / US time zones three years of doing it daily at FEXLE.
Available to join soon happy to align on a specific start date that works for both sides on a call.
CPQ implementations where pricing logic gets messy discount schedules, multi-tier approvals, complex bundles. Plus the BA layer around them: turning stakeholder ambiguity into specs that ship. Increasingly: Agentforce design for conversational AI on top of Salesforce data.
Both, by design. I started as an Associate Software Developer (Apex, LWC), moved into BA & consultant work, and now operate as a consultant who still writes code. That hybrid is what makes CPQ work pricing logic lives in config and code, and someone has to own both.
Primarily enterprise SaaS (CPQ & Billing implementations) and healthcare (Agentforce member engagement). FEXLE has clients across healthcare, finance, education, and e-commerce, so I've seen the patterns across verticals.
